The Why Behind Your Why

What is the why behind your why? Do you even know? Let me ask you something, how many times have you heard as a business leader, you must follow your why, you must know your why, you must build your business around your why? Oftentimes, when I talk to clients and they have what I would like to call their upper level, why, right? They want to expand their reach, they want to have more time freedom, they want to have more financial freedom, they want to spend more time with their family and those are all great reasons to do the work that you do. And I would like to suggest there's always a deeper why that ties back to your personal why. Why are you here? Why are you here on this planet? In your exact configuration as a human being? What are your talents, your skills and desires based around? Where are they coming from? In short, what is your purpose and how will you go about creating a lifestyle and a business structure that supports that purpose?

This is one of my favorite things to do with clients is to work on this one sector of their business. It's a hidden gem that oftentimes gets overlooked. and that is what is your unique life purpose? And how can you use it to not only propel your business forward, but to use it as a self-perpetuating energy source in everything you do. And a key thing to remember is that you have a purpose that shows up when you look backwards at those moments in your life when you feel most aligned and focused and joyful and fulfilled. When you discover what about those moments speaks most to you and how you view the universe as a whole and the connection between those two pieces, then you will understand what your specific unique life purpose is.
