SEASON 2

HOW HINDSIGHT HELPS WITH CLARITY OF PURPOSE

“There is POWER in remembering what you've always wanted to do.” - Lia Dunlap (03:38-03:56)

Do you feel disconnected from your life purpose? If so, you probably missed a lot of opportunities in the past. But today is ours to win, rediscover and start again. Let’s do it together. In this week’s episode, Lia Dunlap talks about how hindsight helps with clarity of purpose.

Part One of ‘How Hindsight Helps with Clarity of Purpose’

Do you feel like you’re giving your best shot, but not developing and prospering the way you want? If yes, let’s take a moment to pause and reflect. Many people struggle with the idea of committing to their life purpose.

“Purpose isn't about how you will make money, but it doesn't mean that purpose won't bring prosperity.” – Lia Dunlap (09:05-09:14)

Purpose isn’t just something that’s necessarily tied to anything that generates revenue for you. It doesn’t mean that purpose won’t bring wealth into your life either. Purpose gives you the strength to do whatever you want without requiring any stamp of approval. It gives you the power to know your worth.

Part Two of ‘How Hindsight Helps with Clarity of Purpose’

All of us had this dream or vision of what we wanted to achieve even when we were still young. Think about the things you love to do more than anything else and revisit your biggest WHY because that’s where your purpose lies. You can always acquire a lot of things, but the question is, will they make you feel fulfilled and happy in the long run?

“The moment you took your first breath, you were granted permission to follow your purpose.” – Lia Dunlap (16:07-16:12)

What’s that craziest childhood dream that you’ve always wanted to pursue? Quit pushing the wrong message, sharing the wrong ideas and accepting the wrong opportunities. Your unique life purpose is meant to position you in a place where you’re confident about what you bring to the table.

THE PURPOSE & PROSPERITY OF MAKING A DIFFERENCE TO THE PEOPLE YOU SERVE WITH KEN BATOR

“We all have a story to tell.” - Ken Bator (12:15-12:17)

As an intuitive business architect, I spend a lot of time helping people stay aligned with their life purpose and deliver what they're meant to deliver to the world. In this week's episode, I have invited Kenneth Bator as my guest. He loves creating environments where employees want to come to work and customers want to keep coming back. He’s a perfect fit for this week’s topic — the purpose & prosperity of making a difference to the people that we serve.

Part One of ‘The Purpose & Prosperity of Making a Difference to the People You Serve with Ken Bator’

Ken is the founder of Bator Training & Consulting, Inc. (BTC), as well as the Police Officers’ Credit Union Association (POCUA), and has more than 20 years of experience in helping organizations reach new levels of effectiveness by aligning their brand, culture, and strategy.

He is the author of The Formula for Business Success = B + C + S and The Pocket Guide to Strategic Planning: The 90-Day Quick Fix for the Business Owner or Manager. Ken has hosted and produced four separate shows including Branding the Experience, Cool Culture Corner, the CU Business News Podcast, and Beyond the Call.

His articles have appeared in many trade publications including The Credit Union Journal, Lifestyle Entrepreneur, CU Business Magazine, ABA Bank Marketing, and as one of the first category directors of the recently launched Podcast Magazine. Ken is a well sought-after speaker and has presented during several conferences, both in-person and virtually, worldwide including an appearance as an “Icon of Influence” during the New Media Summit.

Born and raised in Chicago, he earned a BS in Finance and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from DePaul University as well as a Certification in Integrated Marketing from the University of Chicago. Ken currently resides in Southern California with his wife, Pegi. BTC is headquartered in Orange, CA.

“We all have something to offer.” – Lia Dunlap (14:13-14:14)

There is a purpose and prosperity of making a difference to the people we serve. But, how do we get into that cornerstone of alignment?

One way to do so is to think about the famous brands that you know and reflect on the unique story behind their brand. From a business standpoint, it's important to remember that you need to put an image out there that's not only going to attract business but also going to be supported by the culture.

For example, if you're running a restaurant business targeted for families, you can't put an image out there that you're this "great family restaurant" and then tolerate a culture where everybody's swearing. That's obviously not a family image that you should be promoting. So, if you tell the story right, people get to have that unique piece of who you are.

Part Two of ‘The Purpose & Prosperity of Making a Difference to the People You Serve with Ken Bator’

Considering there’s a pandemic, there’s been a spotlight on what’s working and what’s not working for many businesses. Ken mentions that his clients aren’t always aware of what's wrong with their business. But somehow, they have an intuition that there's something that's blocking them from going to the next level.

Take a moment to reflect on how you can impact the world through your vision. Remember, we all have something amazing to offer. Being in alignment with your life purpose enables you to reach new levels of effectiveness in business no matter what the new normal is.

“We have to take care of ourselves so we can take care of others.” - Lia Dunlap (17:17-17:19)

Many working professionals and entrepreneurs have transitioned to a virtual space since the COVID-19 lockdown started, so a lot of the new normal has something to do with technology.

Let’s say your gym is closed and there’s no way as a fitness trainer for you to interact physically with your customers. But alternatively, you can utilize tools like Zoom to connect with them and still provide a great experience for them.

We all want to be remembered for the great work that we do. Let’s keep focusing on the positive side and take advantage of the opportunity that we’re given to contemplate how we can do business differently and better than it was before. Don’t stop making a difference because the marketplace needs you more than ever.

HOW DO YOU KNOW FOLLOWING YOUR PURPOSE WILL BRING SUCCESS?

“The quality of your life and the work that you do is inherently tied to your purpose.” - Lia Dunlap (03:42-03:48)

How do you permit yourself to honor your purpose? You know that something's calling you because that's where the question came from in the first place. I've always believed that the quality of your life and the work that you do is inherently tied to your purpose. In this week’s episode, Lia Dunlap talks about how you can figure out that following your purpose will bring success.

Part One of ‘How Do You Know Following Your Purpose Will Bring Success?’

One of the most common questions I hear people ask is, "How do I know if I'm meant to follow this purpose? How do I know that I will succeed if I take this leap?" I love these questions for two main reasons.

First, something inside of that person is starting to bubble to the surface. It's that moment where the thought keeps nagging them. Have you ever imagined yourself sitting in a meeting or a zoom call, feeling like everything you do is pointless? They struggle to be where they are because their mind is so pulled away in different directions. Second, it speaks to the fact that these people are running empty for so long.

“Have an actual written down plan and align it with what you are truly meant to be doing so that you can live a life of purpose, prosperity, and significance.” - Lia Dunlap (21:00-20:59)

I understand many people have not figured out their purpose in life. The truth is, it’s not for me to answer that for everyone. It’s for YOU to gain the confidence to know that for yourself because you’re longing for a sense of fulfillment. The beauty of your purpose is that it can be found right where you are right now. Now, ask yourself, what does that look like?

You’ll know when you’re aligned with your purpose because it reflects on how you show up in the room or any environment in a way that brings exactly what you're meant to bring to the table.

Part Two of ‘How Do You Know Following Your Purpose Will Bring Success?’

At the end of the day, do you feel anxious? Do you feel underaccomplished? Do you feel like you're almost there but not quite yet? It looks as if you can touch or taste it, but it's not quite substantial.

I spent much time early on in my career trying to live in two worlds, and I’ve gained much knowledge along the way. Back in the corporate world, when I was into sales and marketing operations, somebody used to bring me their idea for a business or an entrepreneurial endeavor. I can immediately envision it and see how the structure works. So, I didn’t lose any of that while following my unique life purpose.

“Once you start to align with who you are, the opportunities begin to flood in to support you.” - Lia Dunlap (22:46-22:57)

Think about it. When are you going to be ready to put down all of the excuses? To focus on the opportunities that may get you to the next level. To wake up in the morning and know the clients you're serving, they get the absolute best from you. And by giving it to them, you’re eager to talk to the next person to pick up the phone. To get on the next Zoom call, not because it's just another one thing on your list, but because you know that’s the impact you've always wanted to make. To be excited to work on the first book you’ve been dying to write.

I know what it's like to think that it can't be that easy. Somehow, it's got to be hard. Somehow you got to pay the price. But how long until you realize that you’re ready? Have an actual written down plan about how you can take everything you have to offer right now, align it with what you are truly meant to be doing and deliver it to the world so that you can live a life of purpose, prosperity, and significance.

DECIDING TO LIVE ON PURPOSE WITH LIA DUNLAP

"Making a decision can put you on the path of fulfilling your purpose." - Lia Dunlap (02:17-02:27)

Have you contemplated the passing of family members, the deaths of people you've known in communities, and watching people come to grips with the finiteness of life, the idea and the concept of a life lost too soon?

Do you have questions like, "Have they fulfilled their purpose in life?” or "How about me, what's my purpose in life?" In today's episode, let's learn how to make decisions to live on purpose.

Part One of 'Deciding to Live on Purpose.'

Has a loved one passed away and didn't get that chance or have yet to finish or complete what they wanted to do in the world?

Never let the same thing happen to you. Making a decision can put you on the path of fulfilling your purpose. And when you do so, when you constantly make one decision after the other with your purpose in mind, you're tapping into the flow of life force you're part of.

And you're leaving these ripples, you're leaving these impressions on the world, whether we are doing it on purpose or not.

Your purpose is tied to the impact you make. Each of us, even in our failings and befuddlement, has an impact. Each of us steps into the day, making an impact.

And when you or someone you know and love passes, dies the impact they've already had on others doesn't go away. Their absence, the vacuum they've left, also has an impact.

"Even the smallest thing that we are, when we're truly uniquely ourselves, can make the most profound impact." - Lia Dunlap (06:02-06:11)

When we think of the impact, we often push ourselves that it has to be big, it has to bold. It has to be vivid or expansive or change the world. That is an idealized version of impact. Essentially, even the smallest thing that we are, when we're genuinely uniquely ourselves, can make the most profound impact.

Part Two of 'Deciding to Live on Purpose.'

In those daily moments that we tap into our hearts and minds, our inner knowing is telling us that it's ours to do and follow-through to get the best of our purpose.

Whenever you're stuck in a place of thinking that we're not doing enough, it's a lie.

The universe is one song, and one song requires harmony. All of the little notes, all of the tiny facets of who we are, are part of that song. Being off-key comes from being out of alignment. But the purist note is still inside of us. The purest part of who we are and the unique flavor that we add. That's in us all the time.

"It's a lie that you're not doing enough and that whatever you are right now isn't enough. You're here. Your voice matters. Your ideas matter. Your point of view matters." - Lia Dunlap (06:54-07:09)

We don't always know how it's going to matter once we're gone. We don't know what will be completely transformed and changed by what we said or how we work or the product or service we put into the world.

But, without a doubt that whatever that is, it's all ready right now in you, and therefore you are enough. Consequently, you are precisely the person you were meant to be at this moment. It's not about creating something different. It's about expressing your whole beingness in a way that the world hums.

If you permit yourself to act on the decision, you will be in alignment, and you will be on purpose, and you will have the impact that you're meant to have on the world. It's that simple.

DOUBTS, DESIRES, AND THE POWER OF DECISION: HOW THE SECRET & BLEEP GOT IT WRONG

“Stop hiding behind your excuses and show up 100%.” - Lia Dunlap (04:15-04:18)

Self-doubt is a persuasive voice that holds us back when we're trying to seize our opportunities. How can you overcome it so that you can move forward once again? In this week's episode, we're going to discuss doubts, desires, and the power of decision making.

Part One of ‘Doubts, Desires, and the POWER of Decision: How the Secret & What the Bleep Got it Wrong’

A lot of people are dying right now around the world. Some are leaving this planet with work left undone. Today, take the time to listen to that small voice inside your heart. Don't let anything distract you from understanding what that pure voice has to say. Let go of your excuses and remove your mask. It's time for you to make decisions based on your purpose.

“You can't carry the heavy burdens of your past into your next level.” - Lia Dunlap (08:48-09:05)

The old wounds, the things that we think make us wrong are not going to help us move to the next level. Ascending to the next level will always require you to set your heavy burdens aside. Say YES to your inner calling and focus on the unique journey ahead of you. Be bold and unapologetic enough to move forward.

Part Two of ‘Doubts, Desires, and the POWER of Decision: How the Secret & What the Bleep Got it Wrong’

What if you were even better than you could have ever imagined? And what if someone is desperately waiting for you to show up? If you've missed many opportunities, the moral lesson isn't to blame yourself or beat yourself up, but to recognize that the next time it happens again, you must decide to do something different. Do something that is aligned with who you are.

“Knowing your purpose is the key to the freedom you seek.” - Lia Dunlap (13:10-13:15)

Sometimes, it's much easier for people to say that they're messed up, at least from a surface level. I have gone through places where I let those doubts take over. It's because I hadn't positioned myself to make the decision based on my purpose. So, the next time you find yourself in a place where you're choosing without that real authentic center, ask yourself who's going to miss out? What is the world losing when you don't show up? It's never too late for you to make 2020 your best year ever.

CELEBRATIONS, MOCKTAILS & THE THIEF OF JOY

The Oracle on Purpose podcast is for intuitive entrepreneurs or inspired leaders who want a powerhouse business that makes money while making a difference in the world. It's time to find your unique life purpose and get back on track with your business strategy to become fulfilled in your work. In this episode, we're going to talk about celebrations, mocktails, and the thief of joy.

They say comparison is the thief of joy. The moment you start comparing your progress with others who are not in the same season as you, everything shatters. You only end up feeling disheartened. We all have days where we lose track of our goals. I invite you to take some time to pause and reflect wherever you are in the world. What if celebrating someone else's success can fuel your inspiration to continue striving so that you can reach your brand of success?

Here are the key areas we covered in this episode:

  • How comparison steals your joy and how to kick it out of your life. It's okay to go through life at your own pace.
  • The positive side of comparison and how you can be proud of everyone else whatever their version of success is. When you celebrate the success of others, it's an opportunity to ask yourself, "Is this for me too?"
  • Transitioning to a "must celebrate my success" kind of mindset and always ready to receive more.
  • Changing "comparison is the thief of joy" to "let comparison be the fuel that inspires you to succeed more."

This is an essential PRO guide from a business coach who has worked with thousands of entrepreneurs worldwide! I promise, you will love this episode.

LEADERSHIP LESSON: THE POWER OF LISTENING DEEPLY WITH JAMES ROBILOTTA

“There's such power in listening deeply to another human being.” - Lia Dunlap (10:57-11:03)

Every person has the freedom to choose the life they want to live in. In this week's episode, we're going to take a moment to reflect on if we're currently in alignment with our goals. And how to be heard, seen, and recognized in a valuable way. Let's talk about the power of listening deeply with my special guest, James Robilotta.

Part One of ‘Leadership Lesson: The POWER of Listening Deeply with James Robilotta’

James Robilotta is an author, professional speaker, personal coach, and entrepreneur trained in stand-up and improv comedy. He's been speaking professionally to willing and unwilling audiences for years and has found that quality humor — not your slapstick, dad-joke humor — is the secret to hosting powerful conversations and making a real impact. His audiences leave feeling happier and ready to take on their responsibilities and the world.

He loves working with colleges, corporations, associations, and individuals with a focus on authentic leadership. With a bajillion takes on leadership out there, he continues to stand out by focusing on something other authors and speakers won’t touch: imperfection.

In 2015, James published his first book, Leading Imperfectly: The value of being authentic for leaders, professionals, and human beings. The concepts of authentic leadership and leading imperfectly are the driving forces behind conversations about giving/receiving feedback, rapport building, engagement, increased productivity, retention, promoting memorability, life balance, and more.

Part Two of ‘Leadership Lesson: The POWER of Listening Deeply with James Robilotta’

As a listener, pause for a minute and ask yourself, “am I following my passion, or am I doing what I THINK I’m supposed to do?”

When you take the time to pause and reflect, you realize that “yes, I'm doing the right thing. Let me double down. Or, you know what? Maybe I'm not quite in alignment right now. I need to pivot.”

Everybody has different levels of self-esteem. There may be areas where you feel confident, but there are also areas where you feel low. You think you're not smart enough, wealthy enough, funny enough, or successful enough. Each of these limiting beliefs are a different weight that you carry, but you owe it to yourself to live a life that you love because you are more than enough.

“You Deserve To Be seen. Be held. Be heard.” – Lia Dunlap (11:08-11:11)

The truth is as confident as I perceive James to be, he admitted to having low self-esteem when it comes to taking compliments. Even though he could bring confidence and competence in certain situations, he feels he lacks confidence in other areas. So, as I listened, I was able to hear his vulnerability. And, we don't often go deeper beyond the weather unless we feel safe. James is doing  what he teaches leaders to do: be authentic, be vulnerable, and listen. You may never know how impactful your listening is to another human being.

The moral of the story is that we consistently write these stories in our heads that are holding us back from greatness. You don't need to put barriers in your way of becoming who you are authentically. You can be vulnerable and honest. You are here on purpose, and you are enough.

The doors of support will always be available to those who are seeking real success.

HOW PURPOSE & PROSPERITY CAN REVITALIZE BROKEN COMMUNITIES WITH SHADEED ELEAZER

“Building a good partnership takes time.” - Shadeed Eleazer (06:10-06:12)

We all have our internal GPS system that guides our steps in life, whether we are working at a job, self-employed or full-time entrepreneurs. In this week's episode, Lia Dunlap talks about how purpose and prosperity can revitalize broken communities with Shadeed Eleazer.

Part One of ‘How Purpose & Prosperity Can Revitalize Broken Communities with Shadeed Eleazer’

Shadeed Eleazer is a US Navy veteran and Baltimore's top small business advisor. He helped six and seven-figure entrepreneurs, influencers, and public figures convert their authority and influence into a steady stream of leads and sales online. He is the leader of the most prominent black business partnership network. As a philanthropist on the east coast of the USA, he has organized communities and developed campaigns that have raised millions of dollars to empower lower-income communities. As a venture capitalist, he has invested in the growth of over two hundred startup businesses through a community fund.

“When you teach others how to fish for themselves, you give someone the ability to manifest their own destiny.” - Shadeed Eleazer (07:32-07:41)

Shadeed has always followed that internal navigation to say what feels right to him. He discovered that in doing business, it makes sense to make a difference along the way. It's not always about going in a direction that makes the most money. His biggest mistake in business was allowing his lack of understanding about the client that he was working with and the revenue that was going to be associated with to take him down a path where the money was more important than the purpose. Since he learned about this particular client, he realized that certain values were not in alignment. So, he made a promise to himself that he would work and empower projects that his unique guest and his unique talents would elevate versus allowing himself to be loaned out to the highest bidder.

He was raised in a family with an entrepreneurial mindset, so he earned his first paycheck at the age of sixteen. And when it comes to business, his unique belief regarding partnerships is that you don't meet someone on the first day and consider that person as your best friend. You don't go on a first date and ask someone for marriage. Partnership is about creating smaller wins and building rapport as the relationship grows.

Part Two of ‘How Purpose & Prosperity Can Revitalize Broken Communities with Shadeed Eleazer’

Shadeed says, it's one thing to be able to give somebody the tools. It's another thing to teach somebody how to build the tools themselves. And so, when you teach others how to fish for themselves, you give someone the ability to write their destiny, and to rewrite generational curses that may have existed before this present day. Entrepreneurship is about making a positive impact and connecting with others. But it's not necessarily giving away funds to every person who is down or struggling with something.

Entrepreneurship is about creating solutions to entrepreneurs that allow us to solve more significant problems for our communities. So, the first step to planting a seed of what's possible for you is to realize that you can't be everyone's hero or role model. You should empower your local heroes like moms, dads, aunts, uncles, and many more, giving them the tools to the ownership mindset so that they can be the role models that plant the seeds within their household.

“When you're able to give the opportunity, VS wait for the opportunity given to you, it changes the whole dynamic.” - Shadeed Eleazer (14:27-14:36)

Do we have a proper seat at the table as business owners vs. being dictated what the solution should be? First, if you have to voice your opinion on a specific topic, you're not, let's say, worried about losing your sponsors or losing your job, you should be able to speak out about what impacts you. Second, issues or horrific things begin to happen. The people you need to discuss the solution with will have greater respect for what you bring to the table. So, ownership in the form of a community of households is the way forward.

In every Facebook private group, every group chat or every email thread, some successful people are fed up with the same news cycle, playing the same over and over injustices. Ownership is a state of mind. It's not something that you turn on or off. And when you're able to give the opportunity versus wait for the opportunity given to you, it changes the whole dynamic. We all have gifts and talents as resources that we can combine to change things that are impacting the world. When you set forth your best intention, what you don't realize some time is the lamps will be lit along the way based on the electricity that your ideas and momentum provide.

MAGNIFY YOUR PURPOSE! HOW TO STAY VISIBLE IN TROUBLED TIMES

“If you promise to offer authenticity, you better deliver.” - Lia Dunlap (04:09-04:12)

Visibility is not something that everybody is called to do, but as a society, that's how we connect and learn from each other. We all have a story to tell! As you build your visibility, especially during this pandemic, many people can benefit from your story. Let's discuss how you can magnify your purpose and stay visible during troubled times with my guest Jill Lublin.

Over the past 25 years, Jill has worked with ABC, NBC, CBS, and other national and international media outlets as highly regarded publicity experts. She has been featured in The New York Times, Women's Day, Fortune Small Business, Entrepreneur, and Inc. magazines.

“Keep putting yourselves out there in small ways until attraction marketing happens. Make people want to work with you.” – Jill Lublin (09:34-10:20)

Jill is the author of four bestselling books, including Get Noticed… Get Referrals (McGraw-Hill), Networking Magic (Morgan James), and Guerrilla Publicity (Adams Media), which is regarded as the "PR Bible," and her latest book The Profit of Kindness (Career Press), which went #1 in four categories. Part Two of ‘Magnify Your Purpose! How to Stay Visible in Troubled Times’

I usually ask my guest this question, "How do you find alignment with your purpose and business genius in the work that you're doing today?"

Jill responds that she was a shy person back then, which doesn't seem congruent with who she is now. Now, she calls herself a messenger of messengers because she has a natural ability to see her clients as people who have a valuable message to share whatever their businesses are. And that's where her gift as a great connector helps other people find their message so that publicity can be more natural for them. Thus, they can get the things that every business owner desires, such as prospects, profits, recognition, and credibility.

The next question is, how can you stay visible in troubled times? Jill says, it’s all about being aware of what's going on right now and see where you can fit in. It doesn't matter what industry you're in, whether you're an author, speaker, consultant, coach, chiropractor, or real estate agent, being a trusted source is the #1 thing you should focus on to attract new customers.

Jill recommends following reporters who write about your message. This tactic works! Don’t just go follow them and say, “pick me!” You engage with them and provide the right solutions to become the trusted source.

“You need to start living an intentional life.” - Lia Dunlap (10:57)

Another tactic for visibility is to publish a book. It positions yourself well, too. Lisa has helped people get major book deals with major publishers for over 18 years, including several who have six-figure book deals, which is almost unheard of in today's market. Those are the people who had enormous publicity and influence, but they still sought help to make their goals happen. Jill's perspective is, "Nothing good is done without a team." You need people around you to make things happen.

Make sure that you take everything that Jill says, so you can get clear, get your message out, and share your purpose with the world.

RAISING CONSCIOUSNESS IN THE WORLD AND SPARKING UNITY THROUGH STORIES WITH PARCHELLE TASHI

“Keep moving forward no matter what your story is.” - Lia Dunlap (03:15-03:24)

Are you wondering how good it feels to wake up every day doing something that you love? Most people don’t realize the power they have in their hands to pursue the life they’ve always dreamed of. In this week’s episode, let’s raise consciousness in the world and spark unity through stories with Parchelle Tashi.

Part One of ‘Raising Consciousness in The World and Sparking Unity Through Stories’

Parchelle Tashi, is a former high school teacher, now entrepreneur and video producer for the past 10 years. Her production company Fresh Level, built up multiple locations of operations, producing videos nationally and internationally for organizations like SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, The Wharton School, and Spectrum.

It wasn't until she ended her 28-year-long devoted relationship with the church, that Parchelle began to discover who SHE really is. This experience has completely transformed her life and the way she serves others today. Whether consulting, producing, or teaching, for Parchelle, it's about creating a lasting impact in the world, one video at a time.

“Becoming aware of my emotions helped me recognize my inner guidance.” - Parchelle Tashi (08:02-08:14)

Parchelle shares that she finds alignment with her purpose, business genius and production in her work through remaining focused on her journey instead of other people’s accomplishments. Growing up, the church was very much part of her life until she decided to take a Master's Degree in Theology. But somewhere along the way, she had to step back to figure out her real identity.

She connected with a business coach and some good people that encouraged her to quit teaching in exchange for running her own production company. Now, she has a teen video academy where she teaches teenagers from the ages of 12 to 18 to build up their confidence.

Part Two of ‘Raising Consciousness in The World and Sparking Unity Through Stories’

As for Parchelle, intentionally creating videos are a huge part of how we as a planet rise in our consciousness and our self-awareness to see ourselves as more than we are.

The best way to do that is to see the stories of each other. While teenagers have a special place in her heart, she believes that everybody has the ability to create and share an amazing story even if some people think they have a boring story.

“We are here on purpose to deliver something that's uniquely ours.” - Lia Dunlap (20:16-20:19)

Here's the cool thing about sharing stories through videos, you could become well-known for your work. Just like Parchelle, we are here on purpose to deliver something that's uniquely ours. Don't let anything stop you from showing up and living your purpose.
