Oracle on Purpose, LLC - Program Terms and Conditions 

Our programs are designed for you if you are a business leader looking to align your purpose and business genius so that you can confidently lead a life of significance.

If you are looking for practical tools combined with intuitive guidance and concrete steps for moving your life and business forward, then you would be a good fit for this program.

If you are too busy - being busy and can't commit to at least 15 minutes of specific and simple steps every day then this program is not for you.

By completing this purchase you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

1. Client takes full responsibility to follow the action steps as agreed to during the program: 

• Client is 18 years or older and capable of entering into contractual agreements
• Client is NOT currently under treatment for any mental illnesses or emotional problems
• Client agrees to set aside at least 20 minutes each day to complete actionable activities
• Client agrees to arrive on time and prepared for all meetings with coach (whether in person, online or via phone)
• Client agrees to communicate any questions or concerns to the coach promptly and directly so that a swift and fair resolution can be achieved.
• Client agrees to maintain confidentiality of all passwords provided for access to client log-in areas of the website, or for downloadable documents and audio files.
• Client will refrain from forwarding, copying or distributing any and all hypnotherapy or coaching materials without express written permission from Lia Dunlap / The Oracle on Purpose™
• Client is willing to be guided through relaxation, visual imagery, creative visualization, hypnosis, and stress reduction processes and techniques for the purpose of vocational or avocational self-improvement. 
• Client understands that the coaching, intuitive guidance, and hypnotherapy he/she/they is receiving is not a substitute for normal medical care and has been advised to discuss this hypnotherapy with any doctor who is taking care of her/him now or in the future.
• Client agrees to continue any present medical treatment and consult his/her/their regular medical doctor for treatment of any new or old illnesses.

2. Refunds: We offer a full refund policy up to 3-Days from the date of purchase.

After the 3-day window has expired, client agrees that the amount above represents a discounted package rate for the services included in the program and should they cancel, outside of the 3-day refund policy, any/all services rendered shall be billed at the following rate(s) or the current billable rate at the time of services, whichever is greater:

• $750.00 per Monthly Intuitive Oracle Readings & Strategy Sessions
• $10,000.00 per Full VIP Mastermind Experience
• $5,000.00 for Access to Master Creators Academy Online Course(s)
• $500.00 per Group Mastermind & Accountability Calls

• Any additional phone consultations, meetings, or coaching sessions scheduled outside of the scope set forth above will be billed at a minimum billing of rate of $250 for up to 15 minutes time, or current billable rate at the time of services, whichever is greater.

3. Termination:  At Coach's sole election, Coach's duties hereunder shall terminate if: 

• (a) in Coach's sole judgment client interferes with the coaching of other clients, or
• (b) Client breaches any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination in accordance with the foregoing, Coach's duties shall terminate but all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. If termination occurs within the first week of coaching or sessions, Client shall be entitled to a full refund less Twenty Percent (20%) of the program price at time of registration.

6. Legal Provisions: This Agreement is binding upon Client.

This Agreement supersedes all prior discussions, representations, warranties, and agreements of the parties, and expresses the entire agreement between Client and Coach regarding the matters described above. The parties confirm that, except for that which is specifically written in this Agreement, no promises, representations, or oral understandings have been made with regard to results provided with The Power Plan™ or anything else. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Client acknowledges that Coach has not represented, promised, guaranteed or warranted that the client will receive any specific results, receive any specific benefits now or in the future, or that the coaching will last for any particular amount of time. This Agreement may be amended only by a written instrument signed by both Client and Coach. Any remedy provided in this Agreement is in addition to any and all other remedies provided by law or equity. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid, void, or unenforceable, they will be severed, and the remaining provisions shall be given full force and effect.

By checking the box above and completing this registration page I am confirming I have read and agreed to all statements above in their entirety.  Further, I am acknowledging my commitment to the program, package or service noted on the registration page and my authorization of any associated charges related to this program and any additional charges as applicable via Section 2.
